Any person who is regularly in the handling of traffic and transportation matters, as well as members of allied industries, shall be eligible for membership in the club. Membership must be renewed annually, and the fees for membership are $25.00 per year.

Honorary members may be elected by the club upon recommendation of the officers and governing board and such members shall enjoy all of the privileges of the club. An annual fee of $5.00 will be assessed to Honorary Members.
